Project Description
Mowbray Road was purchased on the open market, with a vision to create some quality apartments in a leafy South Cambridge location. We worked closely with the planning department and were permitted to create a total of 5 units. The permission was for 2 x 2-bedroom apartments and 3 x 1-bedroom. Therefore, the original 1930’s semi was extended to the side and the rear, with a full width loft conversion. This was a sizeable job, with a few testing components, but all was overcome and we provided a fantastic building. As a result of our careful planning and management, this project was completed on time and on budget. In addition, our model has now been duplicated on several developments along this road.
